Summer Theatre of New Canaan
State of the art Outdoor Theater
All weather open air-tent theater with protected theater seating from sun and rain. Also there are slopeside and and open field seating outside the tent for picnics and lawn chairs. A visit to one of our shows makes for a wonderful summer theater experience. This season we will be adding a limited number of in-tent reserved seats with dining tables.
Concessions with drinks and snacks are provided. Box office opens 1hour prior to show. Field seating is open 90 minutes prior to performances.
Theater opens 30 minutes prior to start of performance.
Convenient parking adjacent to tent theater and portable facilities are provided.
Theater is accessible to all and assistance will be provided if requested.
Our Shakespeare production of Henry IV (H4) is presented to the public free of charge. A suggested donation of $20 for adults and $10 for students is requested to help sustain this program.
For Henry IV production there will be a limited number of reserved front and center theater seats and some picnic table seats under the tent avialable for a donation of $45 per reservation. These can be purchased online or by phone. On day of performance should there be reserved seats available they can be purchased at theater box office.
